2010 Kilt Raffle Ticket price $5.00 Now you can have a chance at owning a completely custom, made-to-measure kilt for only $5.00! By participating in this raffle, you are not only helping the Scottish Tartans Museum, but you are buying a chance to win a four-yard box pleated kilt hand tailored by Museum Director Matthew Newsome. This kilt will be individually made to your measurements, in any heavy or medium weight stock tartan available from Lochcarron, House of Edgar, or Strathmore woolen mills in Scotland. You select the tartan. You provide the measurements. And he'll make the kilt just for you! These kilts normally sell for $395, so this is your chance to get an heirloom garment at a real bargain. Plus, Matthew Newsome is waiving his standard tailoring fee for this kilt, so even more of the funds raised by this raffle go directly to support the Museum! The drawing will be held at the annual Taste of Scotland Festival, June 19, 2010. You do not need to be present to win. You may enter as many times as you like. Purchase your tickets at the Scottish Tartans Museum, or right here on line using PayPal. Thank you for your support of our museum! |
